Francis and Delmas Project Schedule 

All underground work is now complete on Francis and Delmas.  Concrete curb, sidewalk, ADA ramp work, and paving is also complete. The contractor is working on final punchlist items (minor utility adjustments) and is expecting to have those completed by year end.   

Washington Project Schedule

All work is complete.

What is this project going to accomplish?

This project will replace failing sewer mains on Washington Street (Park to Division), Francis Avenue (Bellevue to Roosevelt) and Delmas Street in its entirety.

How will this project be funded?

This project is funded by wastewater utility rate revenues.
